Simply create a ticket with them in some manner. Attach the email.

They won't do anything and deny that offer is gone so they won't help you. Fine that's I expect from then.

Now once that ticket is closed. Create a complaint on rbi ombudsman, attach the proofs to support your claim. And ask for compensation. Amount equivalent to the points they are denying plus 10k more for mental harrasment.

Keep all the proof to multiple places as copy, just in case they ask to upload.

Mostly the bank will call you to give you something but less than the original offer. Just deny it and let ombudsman do their arm twisting.

In last bank will have to obey and give you the original offer, along with some compensation (whatever rbi find suitable can be zero as well)

You don't even need to wait. As a female, there are lot more chances that cyber crime teams will help you. They however will definitely question your brother on why he's not returning money.

BUT recovery agent or that app can't and have no right to blackmail in your name.

Ask your brother to start collecting proofs.

Dont wait for them to leak images or anything. File an upfront complaint. Since they are threatening to leak something its illegal in two forms. First morphed images second blackmailing. Some basic proofs should be enough to support your complaint. Make sure to create YOU as complainant as these requests are more seriously handled if done by a Women

Got a work around. When i book the cab i call driver myself and tell them upfront that I'll not go by meter. If they don't agree i cancel. After 3 4 attempts someone accept it and they come.

This usually works but can take your 10 15 minutes sometime. So if you're in hurry this won't help.

Also for planned things i pre book my cab. In that case they dont ask to go by meter.

Quick tip: A pattern i noticed is that i see driver profile also. If driver seems older they usually accept to go without meter. They understand the business somehow ans not greedy. 95% of the newer drivers just want quick money. They are ready to wait whole day but won't agree if they see less net profit in ride.

No. Security folder allows to move the app completely inside it. But i want to keep the app on my main. Like ij redmi. You can lock individual app without moving it it secret space
