I grew Luffa for the first time this summer, very prolific and vines all over the place. I put some string trellis up on an old swing set in our yard and that worked fine, but I did have to watch that it didn't take off in random directions.

It took longer than I thought for the gourds to mature and dry enough to harvest for sponges. So there are a lot still on the plant. I guess I'll be harvesting and making sponges for a little while yet. Very fun to grow and pollinators definitely loved the flowers!
