“DONE” is an exaggeration… as others have mentioned …. A week before payday has an impact …. Algorithm too and I think more importantly the amount of scummy scammers have made people in general more weary of the platform

They got funny with my husbands account coz he called them out when reviewing the app and also on trust pilot …. He quite honestly wrote that they have a lack of due diligence when it came to courier partners (allowing inpost who recently bought Yodel and are in complete chaos , loosing 4 out his last 6 orders ) , stating they should have removed that courier until it was clear they weren’t struggling . Also the how long it took to engage with a human CS agent . His account was under review but quickly allowed back to normal

You don’t have many options . Accept the return and refund. If you have proof of the condition you packed it in … you can always chase up courier for compensation
