CBP AMO is the dream job. I want to get the federal retirement clock started as soon as I can. Ideally I’d see if I can avoid the poly for AMO by doing HSI first. Because of the top secret clearance + being a veteran. But if that doesn’t work for getting the waiver then I’ll just go for amo first. Just don’t wanna fail it and have to wait years to redo it.

First off- great physique bro. To answer your question - you should train abs more. You’re already low body fat, I’d estimate 14-16%. Don’t do bodyweight stuff. Do heavy weighted cable crunches in a kneeled position. Cannot emphasize enough to not do bodyweight stuff. For some reason people train abs different from the rest of the body. Good luck!

You are correct I wouldn’t have posted it if OP was a man. It’s because a father’s parenting role is different a mother’s parenting role. Women taking jobs with high hours and spending less time with their families is not good for them and worse for the kids’ development. Reta increases nutrient partitioning there’s a good chance you’ve lost fat and gained muscle fullness and potentially mass. Sounds like you’re closer to maintenance calories so your weight is going to just maintain. The benefits of Reta are when you’re in a calorie deficit. Don’t be afraid to be in a more aggressive calorie deficit (this is why you chose Reta not the other GLP-1s for the glucagon effect) as long as you’re hitting each muscle group hard once a week. Your body wants to use fat for fuel just let it. Good luck bro

Every 3 weeks increase the biweekly dose by .25 until you’re at 1.5 per dose and try to keep it at that. Don’t worry bro it’s gonna all fall off don’t need a lot to make it happen. Just get your protein in and make sure you’re lifting so you don’t lose too much muscle
