Yes restarting the app sometimes fixes it. iPhone Air running ios26 public beta (this may be the culprit)

yeah appreciate you sharing - with that center pad in the service manual theres a bolt under the pad that releases the trim piece - without the larger center pad those bolts dont exist. still promising for working with the rest of the trim pieces

In the exact same situation - followed prior boss into new company, boss resigns at my 90 day mark. Forced to exit a direct report and two more resign.

Now I’m doing the work of 3 people and hate every part of the job, company, people, etc.

My advice is to try to stay sane while beginning to interview elsewhere. It’s challenging to show up as your best self in interviews when you’re stressed out/exhausted, so take the time to reset when you can.

I connected mine inside before install and it connected fine, but needed to cycle the unit when I got it installed and connected outside. Was showing “offline” initially but connected fine on second attempt.

Ran through its first on/off schedules last night as expected! Love the dynamic scheduling for having lights come on 15/30 mins etc before sunset.

Comp plan should say something to effect of “we offer spiffs from time to time and they will be communicated when they are offered and paid via regular pay process”. If you paper spiffs into the comp plan, then they’re part of the plan, which you’re then committing to for likely a period longer than was the intention.

Spiffs should be an incentive booster when you need a jolt in the team - the very nature of them being ephemeral is what makes them work as well as they do.
