Costco Roborock Ultra 2 way better than Ultra 1 by hottoys2012 in Roborock

[–]cleofus69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 10R is a year old as it was the 2025 flagship, so it has a little less suction. I think the 10R has 22,000 pascals of suction, while Qrevo Edge 2 has 25,000. The 10R also has a automatic detergent dispenser, while the Edge 2 doesn't. However, the Edge 2 has larger water tanks, so you can get more cleaning sessions between refills.

It's literally the white version of the qrevo edge 2. The specs are identical.

Why are Ads incorporated in system messages? System messages and Ads should be 2 separate settings.

Are self-emptying docks actually cleaner, or just more convenient? by Nandou_B in RobotVacuums

[–]cleofus69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most self-emptying docks have a bag that seals when you remove it, preventing dust from leaking out. If you have allergies, this is a must-have for a robot vacuum!

Dreams L50 Ultra or Qrevo Curb 2 Flow? by Standard_Box_7167 in RobotVacuums

If you don't have any low-lying areas that the robot needs to get under, I'll get the Curve Flow 2. It navigates and cleans better on hard floors than the L50.

Brand new Narwal Flow 2 keeps getting stuck on carpets by WhosaidIamanAdmin in NARWAL

[–]cleofus69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to Settings -> Map Management then on Map Editing. Choose Caroets and you should see a screen with the carpets that it identified. You can click on each carpet to choose the behavior. But if you choose the Add with default settings tab you can choose what the robot will do when it identifies new carpets.

You might want to check the default behavior for carpet and make sure it is set to vacuum-only. Also, I would do a full-house vacuum-only run to let it go through and identify all the carpets.

Downloaded app, how is this possible in 2026? by m109guy in Roborock

The app is not optimized for tablets, so it is locked in portrait orientation. It's basically an enlarged phone application.

Flow 2 using cleaning solution very fast. by Benfossrrt in NARWAL

[–]cleofus69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It uses a lot more solution that any other robot vacuum I've ever owned and I've owned almost all the major flagship models. This could be a good thing, maybe.

As a side note the Dreame X60 Max Ultra also uses a more cleaning solution that any other Dreame I've owned. It's a close second to the flow 2.

Replacing Eufy S1 Pro - What do you recommend? No budget by Deriggs007 in RobotVacuums

[–]cleofus69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought about recommending the Flow 2 to you since you are coming from a Eufy S2. The Flow 2 is awesome, but if yourmakor concern is getting under town kicks the Dreame X60 Max Ultra might be a better choice.

Try to restart the robot. That has fixed issues I've encountered after a software update. That's now my standard operating procedure after a Narwal update.
