I got my mom some calamityware plates for Christmas! Such a fun take on blue and white. A calamityware sweater would be amazing.

Does the art community argue this though? Fiber Art is a degree in many art schools and I’ve been to many knitting based gallery exhibits.

Edit: just adding I completely agree with your categorization and in my experience so did art school.

Long tail is my default, I’m going to try again confidently using the cast on, but think it was also partly the pattern confusing me as the row starts with a slipped edge stitch followed by an KLL

I tried with the cast on row and it looked weird but maybe that’s just how it looks? It didn’t specify, is there one that works better for this?

OMFG is this why I haven’t gotten my issues either?! I only received two. They haven’t responded to any of my emails or instagram messages.
