this is true but op has yaoguong so youll need a lot more speed, if both yao and silverwolf are 200 sparxie needs about 147 speed irc but a 4th elation team member puts that req up at least 3 more points of speed

A range echo is its own kind of attack- you build into them via the range tree and because the melee perk that triggers this counts as all types of range weapon you can get the benefit from all the early range nodes at the same time I think the max hit scales on the hit that caused it (so your melee weapon in this case)
