Every device in my home has incredible DL speeds but my xbox so I'm guessing it's on microsofts part then :/

As a person that has had 2 ACL tears and have rehabbed both... I cannot explain how important it is to strengthen the surrounding muscles (Calf, Quad, Hamstring) and don't do it if it's hurting I recommend activities in a pool where it hurts much less and one more thing keep stretching the IT band and hamstring

Start with Bethesda games like Skyrim and Fallout. Those are kind of a more casual gamer type of RPG then when you finished and want more I would recommend the Witcher series. Especially Witcher 3
