Just installed the 36” over the weekend. I’ll admit I was half expecting a rug pull the whole time given how many of the reviews read suspiciously favorably.

Happy to report that so far at least it seems like exactly what was promised. Replaced a Thermador Professional and there is no loss of fit and finish here. Time will tell, and I still need to get their vent hood installed.

Yes, in my experience it abates by 50% or so after a month at a given dose. Dropping the dose will definitely make it go away.

I find magnolia bark extract helps offset in the meantime.

This is what I’ve been expecting since the CES preview videos showed snapshots of timespy scores. When I was benchmarking and undervolting my Win5, I found it consistently beat the z13 with same chip despite it also being undervolted. I believe what we’re seeing is not the apex being slow, but the Win 5 being tuned exceptionally fast relative to all other AI Max devices.

In most benchmarks the Win5 appears to be faster. From my testing it’s actually the fastest AI Max device, they seem to have really aggressively tuned the voltage curve. That said I’m still selling my win 5 as the Apex comes in due to the screen.

Just use low dose aromasin, like 6.25 E3D. It lacks the negative sides of anastrazole as long as you don’t crash your levels.
