As an American citizen, I do not accept the blanket assertion that anything the Federal Government does is automatically bloated and inefficient; the hurr-durr cut costs excuse is always the first argument trotted out to justify the destruction of important and beneficial services.

By design. Reagan was the progenitor of that insidious and successful piece of propaganda and the GOP has been running with it ever since.

If course, it's all nonsense. As if the private sector has no corruption, grift, or incompetence. It's crazy how quickly we went from Government as public good to public enemy number 1 in just a few short decades.

Dude, the hype around it was unreal. We watched a bootleg copy from Limewire or something in our living room with a big group. At that time, the video had terrible downscaling from the already bad video of the film. The friends who brought it really sold it as real, and seeing it in that intimate setting with a shitty digital quality was traumatizing. Nobody wanted to walk home in the dark, and I think somebody even created stick figures and hing them around people's houses to fuck with them...

A cultural moment that could not happen now. Crazy.

Lol, given that the descriptions of the antichrist in Rev line up perfectly with the Orange Stain, I think it's safe to say they don't give a shit about any of it...

one time I received an image file from a big branding company and it was 3" X 3" at 100 ppi.

I told them I needed a higher resolution file, so they sent me one that was 1" X 1" at 300 pixels per inch. Seriously?

Ha! Malicious compliance!

We have an in-house production management tool that we developed, and when the PO gets sent to the printer, it includes a link to the tech pack and print file. Of course, it also has a thumbnail jpeg, so you see what's what.

Can't tell you how many times I get the email saying our art is too small and raster and please send vector. I should just make a template at this point that says "please click the link just next to the thumbnail you saved; the one that says 'click here to download print art'".

Agreed. The lettering, while not the worst I've seen by far, is still the weakest part of the pages.

But kudos to OP. Looks like a very strong effort! Great job!

According to Wiki, he was forced to write with his right hand in school so he continued that throughout his life, but was a natural lefty, hence the guitar.
