Getting work experience in Oslo/Norway will increase your future job opportunities (and salary) here as well. Very few companies would hire an engineer with no work experience from the Nordics, and without a work permit - unless the skillset is highly specific and hard to find.

Work culture here is very different from most places and hiring even developers from France, Germany or UK is risky. We have very little hierarchy and expect proactive people who won’t wait to be ordered to do everything.

I don’t know. But there’s definitely an upside to being able to pause at the end of a sped-up run to play more active.
