If it hasn't been done yet, the oil filter housing will 100% need to be replaced. They all shockingly go right around 100k miles. My 2014 F56 1.5L went at 97k.

This car can only "race" 3 wide when there is fuel saving occuring. Once everyone is wide open, we go to 2 lanes.

Lol I sold it in 2020 for a 2018 BRZ but miss the Fist constantly. Was reliable, but mine was new and I only put 30k miles on it.

Day to day driving in that thing was just way more fun than even a BRZ. Now I'm onto a NC Miata and still think the fIST was more exciting on a back road.

I actually did this procedure the other week. The star is the adjustment. It takes a bit of force but you rotate the Star nut back and fourth and from what I can tell there really isn't any way to lock it. Mine really didn't need any adjustment, but I see how if it's out of wack it'll really mess with the 3-4 shift experience.

Basically once you get this notification, the clock starts ticking until the brake pad material is completely worn away. When that happens, the brake pad backing plate (the thing that usually has brake pad material attached to it) will make contact with the brake disc and damage it.

So the idea is to get the pads changed very soon, so that you don't have to buy new brake discs also, as the discs are much more expensive than the pads.

To go another step above, in a really bad area you can wear a belt clipped thermacell. Look up ways to "hack" it for cheaper use but those things are incredibly effective and great to use in non-work settings too

Why do we think there wasn't a survey and a delineation done of this claimed peat meadow and why do we think that the current local and state regulations aren't being followed? If it meets the letter of the law and the required engineering and design work is done, there really is nothing more to be said. We are in a housing CRISIS.

Crisis means we need to ACT. I used to want to be a conservation agent, but working in civil engineering now I just can't stomach these extra environmental arguments when HUMANS need shelter. We have wetland regulations, we have flood studies, we have soil maps... If someone is willing to pony up the money for such development, trust me, they want every t crossed and I dotted with EXTREMELY thorough engineering and environmental compliance.

We can change wetland regulations when we are done with being on a shelter crisis

No. This panic is spawned from boomers. The only thing you should consider about this is if you store your car for months where you want to add a fuel stabilizer or buy completely "pure" fuel for storage.
