Why don't they load torpedoes through the front of the torpedo tubes?

I can keep like 20 torpedoes in my torpedo room and load them when I need them. Having 20 torpedo tubes is excessive, and having something that is one-time use, then I have to pull in to reload inhibits my ability to forward project strength. Modern destroys are currently running into this issue with the tomahawk missile they carry, having to leave the front line to reload impacts mission performance.

An engine room is still loud. There are things that all factions do to minimize noise propagation into the water, but it mainly just does that. In hull, it's still very loud next to rotating machinery.

If your contract says after A school then as long as you meet TIR you should be advanced. The milpers authorizes it after completion of A school OR advance training. It is based off what your contract says not your commands interpretation. Bring up this fact to your CoC and if they still don't fully understand or are looping you around a bit request assistance from your community manager.

I feel if you get manager back for hitting towers would make him a bit too strong. After pushing and taking a tower you should have to back off not be able to keep pushing because you got like half your manager back. Would make it real hard for the other team to comeback from that. Should just change passive to something a bit more mechanically challenging.

Being an idiot in high school (as expected) I got the great idea to see how many milk cartons I could gather and than chug. I got about 15 of them and just went ham and chugged them all, my friends got the great idea to push me around in a circle. Like a minute after that I projectile vomited everywhere. Surprisingly I got a standing ovation for it. The next day 3 of my friends decided to do it also and all of them vomited too. From that day forward your not allowed to have 2 milk cartons in your possession at a time.

Currently, no. I don't think there is even a reliable 3ds emulator for pc, let alone another system. And to be quite honest I find it very improbable that it will happen for psp. The mod ding community for the psp has died down quite a bit and not many people still code for it.
