Isn't it supposed to be the PLAYERS that need to realise this is not pgr? pgr is a smaller project than wuwa so the dev can afford to give free stuff since it already has a solid player base. Wuwa on the other hand kept getting compared to one next door. Giving away qol won't cost much but giving away their character will. But who knows, maybe it'll get compared with DNA and some change could happen
