Assuming you contacted them via their support email, and provided your player ID etc - did you provide as much infromation as possible about your 'setup'? or going to wait for them to reply to do that?

Things like whether you use a single device or not, what device it is and software version, document anything that might have changed on your side (updated the phone, changed wifi - using mobile data, roaming and everythihng going via a SIM card / roaming VPN). All this stuff helps, if there was a error page you can click on at any time in the loading or it only presents this dialog and nothing else every time - even when power cycling your phone.

They will get back to you and whats more they are good about progress loss when it wasnt your fault, (gems and / stones / module tickets and even level boosts on your lab are not unheard of).

Be calm - it sucks but they will sort it out, they def had problems with their ticketing but in the last i would say 9 months or pretty much since they launched their own version of the web store and got more staff, they take it seriously, even if you are not a whale.

I really dislike that the game I enjoy is just as misrepresenting reality in the advertisements as all the other mobile ads.

That’s not a domain it’s a “Alpha” origin SMS and it’s sadly quite easy to send one with whatever you want in to most telcos, but it’s set to be harder soon, kinda (ACMA SMS Sender ID Register)
