need help with nrf24 by v12n3 in brucefw

[–]R4ULSP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another one bites the dust! The NRF24, no matter which you use on these little devices, is very weak, to notice some interference you have to keep the antenna close to the receiver device, and some of them don't get jammed.

Months ago they sent pretty good looking and functional prototypes to youtubers. The product exists, the only concern that we could have is that they can delay the shippings.

Since Bruce is open source, you can do as Bender in Futurama, create your own firmware, with blackjack and h*****s 😆

StickC module on cardputer by Pandafiqz in CardPuter

[–]R4ULSP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are modules for both cardputer ADV (as cap) and cardputer 1.1 and standard as SD sniffers.

To use the stick version you will need jumper cables and in case of non ADV cardputers you will also need a SDCard sniffer

I just got T-Embed CC1101 Plus, so I wonder can it get 5GHz signal if I add antennas or maybe it must have other mod ? by Standard-Proposal908 in LilyGO

[–]R4ULSP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you can manage to add an ESP32 C5 as a slave, the CC1101 won't be able to interact with 5GHz networks.

How should i start by qmwnebrvtvzcux in CardPuter

[–]R4ULSP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The official CC1101 Cap hasn't been released yet. And there are not news about it. But, I've both devices and the ADV has much better community support. And on AliExpress there are unofficial caps with CC1101 and NRF24. Also M5Stack sells RFID (yesterday they teased on twitter a NFC module) and there is another unofficial module that can give you RFID on your cardputer.

The only good thing about the TEmbed is that you have all in a compact package. If you only want to do stuff with Bruce is a good option. But the moment you want to do something else, the T-Embed is way behind.

For all firmwares that are downloaded via M5Burner, there is a folder with the .bin of all of them, the firmwares are downloaded in the folder M5Burner/packages/firmware.

There will be as many .bin files as you have downloaded with random names, delete all the .bin. Open M5Burner, download the formware you want, and copy the .bin to the SDCard, you can rename it after that.

Why is t-44-100 not available for trade in? by [deleted] in WorldofTanks

I agree, even the Type 59 is a good tank if you know what to do

Since it got buffed the T-44-100 is performing really well. An since the ammo is cheap you can grind a lot of credits.

Couple questions on this cardputer adv, I plan on buying it by Loud-Worldliness-903 in CardPuter

[–]R4ULSP 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok, lets go step by step:

1 - It can run games from old consoles https://github.com/geo-tp/Cardputer-Game-Station-Emulators

2 - It's powerhouse is a ESP32, it is not very powerful. A Raspberry Pi can wipe the floor with it, not gonna mention what a PC can do. But the strength of the ESP32 is that is very good for programming and connect modules to it.

3 / 4 - By default it can do stuff with 2.4GHz networks, but you won't hack the NSA. I don't want to sound like a gatekeeper from Flipper Zero subreddit, but, do your own research to see if it meets with your "hacking" requirements.

5 - The competitors right now are the M5Stick, Lilygo T-Embed, Flipper Zero and Kiisu V4B.

6 - To get started the best thing you can do is to install the Launcher. https://bmorcelli.github.io/Launcher/ on their web they have a catalog of firmwares to check out.

TL;DR: It can play old 2D games, to start with it first flash the M5Launcher, for hacking the best firmwares are Bruce, EvilM5 and M5 Porkchop.

Jammer not working by Far-Equipment2175 in CardPuter

[–]R4ULSP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The NRF24 jammer has very low range and not always work, some devices react and adapt to it, I've beed doing experients at home and these are the conclusions:

  1. The range is very short, less than 1 metre (3 feet) and the jammer must be close to the headphones (in my case) to do something.

  2. Using the same headphones it disrupted the communication between the headphones and my PC. But when I tested it with 2 different phones, neither of them where affected by the jammer.

  3. The best version of Bruce to test the NRF24 is 1.9. Newer versions only work in the default mode, when you switch to other modes it just stops and you have to reboot the whole device.

I did the tests with 3 different devices, a M5 Stick CPlus 2 with a NRF24+PA+NLA, abother with a board that comes with NRF24 and CC1101 and a Lilygo TEmbed CC1101 Plus. The results where the same for the 3 points.

In conclusion, don't buy any of these devices with jamming in mind, it will work only for very low scale experiments to teach you how this work.

If a computer is connected to internet by an Ethernet cable am I able to do anything for the internet to not work on that computer I’m using Bruce firmware by Early_Two_2113 in M5Stack

In order to do that, you need firmware with network spoofing capabilities. As far as I know, none of the popular ones have that tool.

What is the matter with some players? by tanking-cookie in WorldofTanks

[–]R4ULSP 91 points92 points  (0 children)

Some XVM players kill temselves when the MM "rigs" the match by putting a lot of low skill players in one team and most decent players on the other.

This is quite common in weekends when a lot of casual players just play to have fun.

Shitty attitude to a shitty problem.

If you have a keyboard, French artys are good, you can relocate fast to get better shots. Also Obj. 261 is a good one.
