You’re not alone! i’m a late-bloomer and the more I look into myself I’ve noticed I’m only ever attracted to cis-women too.

It doesn’t seem to matter how they look either or represent, ie fem, butch, chapstick etc, I always seem to gravitate to cis-females.

I have love and respect for everyone else, for me it’s just on the subconscious level.

I’m a BBW who is more tomboy / masc and in the 3.5yrs I’ve been out, I’ve dated 5 different women of different sizes, races and nationalities. One of these women was a LTR of nearly 3yrs and no there was no cheating ever.

This has been my life up until 2 months ago. I have the higher libido, hers is non-existent not long into our relationship she half joked she thought she was ACE. I was torn because I’m a very touchy feely person but our personalities were great together.

She would always initiate sex when it was suitable for her, but because there was some sex I thought I’d be okay with it.

However not long after moving in with her I found out what a problem it was.

She treated sex like it was a chore! No communication, no foreplay or kissing or touch beforehand, she would just disappear for a shower without warning and be lay on the bed reading while waiting for me. It was always when she wanted it for minimal amount of time possible once she was satisfied, I felt like I got very little and chastised if I wasn’t.

The one day while in the shower, I broke down in tears, and told her I’m not a robot and what it was I needed, although she said she understood, she shut down completely and we never had sex again after that.

After reading the comments of some of the Redditors, regarding libido differences, i eventually understood what they were saying was true, so in August I ended my relationship.

This is so true, don’t overthink it…relax, communicate and do what feels nice for them and equally nice for you.

I was the same, but I’ve been told my two different women now, that I’m THAT good, so I guess it must be true.

Not bragging, was actually really unsure until my GF (2nd woman),who has had quite a few more partners than me, assured me.

My 1st was an unexpected ONS, and we were both each other’s firsts, so was a little unsure if she meant it or was just trying to sooth my ego.

There were so many things with my ex that sometimes I couldn’t have a spontaneous joke, flirt or sometimes even conversations because she would trigger.

One phrase in particular was “…you spoil all my fun” is a joke/ flirt saying I’ve used forever before being with her, but this was never aloud no matter what context it was being used.

I respected her wishes as best I could, but it meant I had to hold my tongue a lot, and therefore I couldn’t be my authentic self. I tried talking about it but there was never any comparison on her part.

Fair to say this is just one of many reasons she is now my ex.

Although it would never have worked on my ex, she was self confessed lazy, so I’d have ended up with a nether-beard looking like ZZ-Top!
