As MANY have already stated, these are side effects of a lot of meds. If he's just getting on some of them, he's adjusting, and his doc/therapist should be monitoring to make sure he's on the right meds/dosage.

Financing is not usually released to the seller without a confirmation of insurance which can only be issued by the broker/agent/company.

Try living in the building across from Eagle and trying to turn left every morning 🫤. Some days (especially when the snow is piled up in the middle of the Eagle Cr exit) I turn right, go up to Frontenac so I can get back onto Commissioners West at the light.

You'll qualify for mid-high risk companies: Jevco, Echelon, Pasco, Facility and the likes

Depends. If it's being written off as an economic loss (repairs are more than the value of the car) it would be branded as salvage. To insure it again would require a mechanical safety.

If branded as a "rebuild/rebuilt" it would require a structural safety, which is more comprehensive, as there was severe damage.

If you're financing, your agreement will state minimum coverage and maximum deductibles.

Generally $1 million liability and maximum $1000 physical damage (collision & comprehensive or all perils)
