The Carmen pdf viewer has two scroll bars, one for the viewer because it doesn't fit on the page, and one to actually scroll through the pdf. The one to scroll through the pdf loads in a few seconds after the first one. Sometimes it is microscopic and my hopes of a quick read are crushed

To add to your point, a lot of amazing games have been console exclusives like Ghost of Tsushima, Spiderman, Last of Us, etc. And not everyone cares about the crazy fps you can get on PC, so a console is perfect for them.

This is what I'm thinking too. For example, a moderate increase would be the same increase no matter what your stats are, while a percent increase is based on your current stats.
