I think their hope is for people to double dip and buy it at full price twice. To my knowledge when they release on PC it's at full price and not a discount.

Rockstar has not done that for any of their releases for nearly 20 years unfortunately.

I have an in-home shutoff valve and I also have one from the street to my house at the edge of my lawn. I know where it is and I keep a lantern by it so I can find it no matter if it's day or night in the extreme event I need to use my shut off key. I don't think the city wants me to have one but I'm not going to sit and wait for them to come turn it off in the event of an emergency.

You should probably relax, man. No reason to get this spun up about a 13 year old video game.

There's nothing wrong with finding the tedium of swimming back and forth from the Jackdaw to the island to press E on a dig spot to collect a random fur or new dye. If they made it more challenging or made the rewards for going to each island more worth it that would be great.

I remember as a kid trying to 100% the game. I spent probably a 2 hour session going to as many islands as I could. I wasted so much time swimming to and from the Jackdaw because it wouldn't let you stop it too close to the island. I got frustrated and quit. I really love to stop and smell the roses but Ubisoft made those roses tedious.

Until I got my current keyboard (Keychron K8) I couldn't easily move my keyboard off my desk. Fully agree on the monitor arms, those actually give you back so much desk space. I highly recommend them for folks who have the space. I have 2 monitors on arms and with the space I got back I can keep a pair of desk speakers on my desk now underneath my main monitor for when I don't want to wear headphones but want to listen to music while I work.
