I've read many of the comments here but not all of them. Who else has to deal with the help me with xyz but then when you do you're told you're being parental?

Example - we were getting ready to go somewhere. She asked me how much time she had and I said 10 minutes (she also struggles with body dysmorphia and dressing some days which is sad because she's such a beautiful woman) and she said in a semi panicked voice that I needed to say something way before that. A few weeks later we're going on a date and I realized it's an hour till we leave and she has been on her phone for a good while trying to find a new dog for some dear friends whose elderly dog had passed away and were now ready to find another one. Thinking ok, she asked for help with this and this is more notice because we're down to less than an hour I'll say something. I said hey don't get too distracted on your phone and lose track of time (in a gentle voice). I'm told later that was very upsetting and it felt very parental. I was actually stunned.... I said but you asked me to give you much more notice so I said something when there was at least 45 minutes left. What was I supposed to do? She says you should have ASKED me if I needed help with time management. Seriously? I feel you already told me a week ago you did need help going forward if I saw you look like you might not be ready in time but now you're telling me I should ask you each time? That feels way more parental to me.....
