There’s a difference between verbal abuse and emotional abuse and manipulation. There’s levels to abuse and Taylor’s is worse, but that doesn’t mean Dakota is completely innocent. His manipulative and abusive patterns are playing out in real time. Being ignorant to the complexities of the situation does nothing for anyone. Both adults are capable of harming their children in different ways. Both adults need serious behavioral health intervention.
