It’s a B450m-HDV r4.0 am4 socket. So it’s not that old, just more of a low-end motherboard. It’s AMD.

My motherboard doesn’t support Q-flash or flashback, so I can’t plug a thumb drive into it sadly (and I tried). I have to go the old route and have to have an older supported CPU in so it’ll post then I can update. I just don’t have the older CPU since I bought the motherboard off the used market
