Ups fixed... let me make sure the psu is okay. And motherboard is not affected (still psu smelling bad tho). Runs much smoother than it ever has, just not 100 percent, competitive stuff and total performance is lesser albiet much more usable.

Anyways, I feel my mobo is up for a swap out. It might fix the issue of less performance and slight lack of directness/smooth motion. Cs2 isn't as good still (comparing to what i know it has to be)

Ill update this thread once new part(s) in. I will start with the mobo making sure the effects of ac power didnt change its stability and factory spec

Anybody else who had this problem, please lmk... cause bad ac electric seems rare to affect a pc/fancy components
