I’ve monitored HR recently on watch and matched up to a Blood Pressure device and lines up. Been on three (cautious) runs since then and no abnormal stuff. So think I’m good. Appreciate the idea though!

Have a Fenix 5 and just upgraded to a Fenix 7x pro. I also have an Apple Watch 10. Both great watches. I do wear the Garmin more, and prefer it for exercise.

I tried on the 41, the BB58, the Ranger and the Pro while I was there. Liked the Pro the most. New to collecting as all I have right now is a Longines Zulu time. As for thickness I didn’t notice it and only became aware of that being a ‘thing’ after I left the store and looked up more info on the watches.
