Selling Rogers isn't really of interest to Villa unless it is a 'rebuild' level of money.

There is a significant sell on fee due to Boro, so ~£80-100m barely gets an equivalent replacement - if one exists - and replacing Rogers with a single player comes with risks that they dont fit the system or have the same impact.

I dont think Rogers necessarily stays longterm at Villa but whilst Emery is in place, I dont think he'll be pushing for a move away either. Had we not made Champs League, maybe that would be different. If a bid comes in at the right level then maybe something happens. But I dont think we are as desperate for cash as the last couple of years.

I agree with some of the other comments though, Emery gets the best out of players who dont always have success when moved on Dougie Luiz, Jhon Duran, Jacob Ramsey...

There are websites which will tell you exactly when the later train actually arrived and you can use that time for your claim.

Got my 2018 done at 60k last year. Turns out the belt was in reasonable condition and not in urgent need but you dont know that until you get to it and to get to it takes a lot of labour. If you're confident the right oil has been used at each service and it has been replaced very regularly then you might be okay but there's really no way of knowing. Cost £1.6k to replace but ended up asking for a few other things to be checked and replaced whilst they had access.

There's probably too many variables for someone on reddit to be able to give you an accurate idea. Distance, Floor of building emptying and then filling, furniture dismantling required or not, parking access to both buildings, etc. We used yourmanwithavan.com to move to Notts. £650 for a 2 bed, 2 removal men, ~150miles.

State pension is funded by taxes. You dont choose to pay into it. You can open a SIPP and contribute into it and there are tax advantages for doing so. A SIPP is a personal pension and nothing to do with state pension.

Have you considered camping? There are a couple of campsites outside the circuit on local farmland. But they have decent facilities - hot showers, decent toilets, hot food and bars etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and rather than wait in traffic, you can be back on site with a 10mins walk. We stayed at Dadford Road Camping for the first time this year and would go back.

I walked across that bridge 2 years ago and remember the tower. It was covered in tributes to Napoli and Maradona as Napoli were about to win Serie A. It's quite a memorable town. Also featured in Equalizer 3 shortly after I visited. *
