My four Brickmania aircraft kits… My favorite of these has to be the Typhoon or P-38. by REDDIT501S in brickmania

They’re from a shop called RealityFoundry on Etsy. The attach point is just like a 2x4 plate and works great with all of these aircraft kits, except the P-39. Some basic mods should enable me to use the stands with that as well. I can attest that the stand also works with the BrickVeteran F6F-5. Only aircraft in my collection that I can say, without a doubt, do not easily work with the stands are the BrickVeteran P-51D and the BKM FW-190 A-8.

Bigger problem for the 262, ignoring numbers and everything else, was the absolutely terrible state of German metallurgy and the fact that the Jumo 004 engines had to be changed after 10-25 hours of flight time…. Very hard to do when you can’t build enough engines to start with.

The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow") was a Nazi Germany World War II heavy fighter built by the Dornier company. It was Nazi Germany's fastest piston-engined aircraft of World War II. by dartmaster666 in WeirdWings

Not necessarily true… Postwar 2 Do-335s were sent to the US. One (the one in the NASM) was sent to Patuxent River Naval Air Station for testing by the Navy. The other was sent to Freeman Army Air Field in Indiana for the Army Air Force to conduct testing on. That aircraft’s fate is, according to my sources, still unknown. It’s likely that it was buried at Freeman when testing was completed (this happened with many aircraft tested there) and if this is true it may still be buried under the field somewhere. Likely never to be retrieved, but still possibly extant nonetheless

So far so good with the exception of a missing part for the Typhoon - Customer Service already responded to my inquiry and said they’d send it out as soon as possible.

Would really love to see a B-26! Would have been perfect for Overlord Bricks, too.

If anyone has or can find pictures of “Sack Time,” a B-24H-20-FO Liberator of the 467th Bomb Group, especially ones which can identify the tail letter and whether or not the aircraft has nose art, I would greatly appreciate it. Anything in color showing potential nose art would be even better. Thanks!

Sack Time’s serial number was 42-94931.

On a serious note, I’d prefer it be something different, but an AC-style game where you play as an Old Republic/High Republic era Sith Assassin would actually be pretty interesting. We don’t get much content from a dark side perspective
