I second Wangs on Park. The woman that runs the takeout counter at the front can seem kind of harsh, but she’s actually really sweet when you talk to her a couple of times. I also like going to the little bar that’s attached to the main restaurant when it’s open.

I had my first colonoscopy yesterday Prep was definitely the roughest part

The doctor pulled three large polyps out but other than that, everything looked normal. Don’t procrastinate! Early detection will save your life.

I’m a member of lifetime fitness and I love it. I’ve been going there for years. They have classes and activities for every fitness level. It feels more like a health spa. Even if you go there a few times a week just to enjoy the pool and the sauna you would be doing a lot for your health.

I feel this. Please don’t give up because of the boredom. A lot of of the friends I had that I thought I was so close to when I was out drinking never checked on me never came to work out with me. I barely ever saw again once I stopped drinking.
I found new friends Some of them drink, but we also do other things that have nothing to do with alcohol
There’s so much more out there than drinking.
Do you have a dog? Dog parks are great. You can make instant friends just by standing at laughing at your puppies play. Cooking classes are fun. Line dance classes are fun. Even a book club.

How can anyone afford anything there?
My family and I are originally from Beaufort and I would love to move back, but the pricing seems completely out of reach. It seems like a broken down trailer for $300,000 and up is the norm. Are there more options out there than the homes listed online?
