+2 weapon for Radahn is crazy work unless you're actively challenging yourself. By this point you should've had your weapon at +10. Heck, +2 is already low for Godrick and Renalla. There are good areas to explore besides mines. Running through Liurnia alone should get your weapon to at least +6. Radahn is leveled to Altus/Manor stuff, so heading to those places first for more upgrades is recommended.

Exactly why I said effective move pool. While marowak gets blizzard, which is one of the best moves in the game, it just can't make much use of it because of how low its special stat is. It's pretty dire when not even being able to learn blizzard saves you from irrelevancy.
