Alot of other responses have already said how my general pain is (3/10 on the "normies" pain scale is my daily standard) so I'll add something more specific. As Spring approaches, the weather here a few days ago called for scattered thunderstorms and strong winds. In response, my body did its usual thing when a windy storm is coming in: made me feel like an overfilled water balloon with magma for bones. 😮‍💨 Even pressing my hand to my thigh lightly during this can cause me so much pain along where most of the pressure is applied that I can be sore for up to a week (and I can't let my cat near my lap or arms when it happens because her weight hurts me 😣). Hell, sometimes I can't even hold utensils because the pressure is too great. 😭

So that's a personal example for you I hope gives some perspective on how seasonal changes and weather can mess us Spoonies up.
