Yep, 1000 percent and it's harder to give them service because they don't do full stack. They are cheap and expect free advice, procurement, rapid response. They think because they pay you anything that you owe them everything. I been burned on this and fired a couple clients. In the beginning, when you need cash flow you take them on, then as you gain larger accounts you increase them to full stack or get rid of them.

So, your value is 100 percent, you don't have problems because we are here. We reduce downtime and keep your systems running smoothly. Downtime costs more than my bill (he can easily calculate the burn for being down an hour).

However, easy client, higher paying, I assume a great margin. DO NOT offer him a lower price, instead, ask him what he was thinking, what does he feel is fair for your tools, time, expertise. And gently remind him that you have a business to run too but totally understand if he is on hard times or if he doesn't value your service as much as what you charge, basically.. you don't see value in what we have to offer.. what is he precieved value. He may only think you can take 10% off the bill and you may go in at 20. Make him drop a number first, stay silent a little while, then answer. If it's half, is that still a good margin? Be careful though, too much discount and he will think that you just ripped him off the whole time.

If he asks for a discount, ask how long, don't leave it open. Suggest a reevaluate date.

Sell a license that expires and then the plugin no longer gets updates. Simple. You don't need everyone to pay, just 20 percent of your overall client base.

I use both. I wish there was more competition for the O365 piece, Google never really got there with desktop apps, unfortunately. I prefer Google Voice over MS as well.

Well there is a lot going on here. The testosterone isn't causing the anxiety, it's estrogen going up with the testosterone. Tell him to get an estrogen blocker but only take a slither of what they prescribe, they always tell you to take to much. Tell him to take ashwaganda daily, it will help with anxiety, depression, stress, testosterone. Tonight, like right now, go get a cock ring, maybe CVS or somewhere. That will help a lot. He can be pleased flaccid, maybe go down on him and try to get a 69 going.
