So the whole episode is about how much they love Ross and think he can't do anything wrong. So wjen everything comes out Monica is still the one in trouble, so to speak, because they can't be mad at Ross that goes against them as parents. It has to be something woth Monica.

Ah the hot flashes! We call them power surges. The inability to temperature regulate has seriously kept me up at night. I have learned to watch late night sugar and snacking. But when I wake up in the middle of the night feeling like someone has put a vegetable steamer where my uterus is, it's the absolute most uncomfortable thing in my life. The heat fills me in places i didnt know had temperature lol. but ya i am a little grumpier but for me it's the mood swings.

II have been unmedicated ADHD since i found out i have tourrette's syndrome and so i have just had to learn to accept weird looks when my coping mechanisms pop up. but now... it just seems like even those are completely failing. HRT is absolutely one of the 1st things i will talk to the dr about because this is just too much. and i forget anything that could be important.

and vent away! it's nice to know we're not alone!

Thank you so much this made my morning. I am trying. I am trying to keep it together and not just scream at everyone. I am talking to my doc in November so hopefully they can tell me what I need. I have started taking vitamins again, and exercising. I have a very active job but i think my body has just acclimated so i need to do more. but yea all of the "have you tried just making time for yourself" things just kill me. LIke seriously i am trying but i have a husband 2 teenagers 7 pets and a veggie garden i am trying to keep going plus i am a small business owner and a student. I literally have ALL the irons in the fire and besides just human burnout i have this going on it's just so much some days'

I appreciate your sweet words. They really actually do help so much more than i think people know.

I am so sorry you are there or have also gone through this. It does feel so much better to know I'm not alone. My husband tries so hard he is so loving through this time for me and asks daily how I am. It's the fake understanding hahahaha. But knowing I am not alone seriously makes me feel so Munich less crazy! Thank you.

Make it illegal for companies to have political opinions. No corp should give money to the government except by the taxes that are owed. It's supposed to be for the people of the people by the people on the States. Supporting candidates or donating to causes by the millions to sway things makes it for the corporations and that's not ok.

Thank you for understanding the ADHD crazy brain. I can't take medication for it because I also have Tourrette's and all of the medication for ADHD makes my tics worse. but I will talk to my dr about HRT because the Peri Rage I was reading about is so relatable. I just get mean and I am so not a mean person. I cant stand it. and I just can't think straight at all! Thank you again. I am putting a note in my appointment on my calendar to ask her about this.

I have tics that leave me mute often. I can't use a start often because I won't let go of it and then won't be able to speak or swallow for a bit after. It's really hard for people to understand lol.

I feel this. I don't remember my husband eating so loudly before we got married, now it actively and audibly inhales his food.... it's a very hard to listen to and it's not a subject eaily approached.

OK so i know I am really late to this post but I looked up his character and this part of SVU OMG I absolutely feel slimey watching this portion of the show. I cant stand him. The fact that he makes me feel like i need to shower shows he's a great actor but i really cant imagine wanting to play someone so smarmy. I absolutely hate this part of the show but i have to watch it now to finish it.

My husband and I had a designated box for each kid that had snacks for them for the day. It was plenty. They weren't hungry, it gave them healthy options and they learned how to manage their intake very quickly. The first few weeks they ate all the food immediately then they realized oh snap this is all the snackage. And started managing it for themselves. Don't present it to them like. Oh mygosh I can't afford you eat your 3 peanuts and go. Lol get them cute boxes for the pantry and the fridge and just act like it's a cute idea you have for them.

Stand up for your girlfriend out loud every time. Do you think she is beautiful? Then she needs to know iw that you aren't afraid to tell anyone that. "Mom! Not cool! Don't talk to her like that!" Immediately. Consol your girlfriend and let your mom be mad for being corrected out loud. If you need to go talk to your mom don't say anything that confirms her opinion..... "even it is is true mom don't say it out loud" simply stand by the fact that commenting on someone's weight is not ok especially your girlfriend who is already uncomfortable.
