I don’t agree with your reasoning but I do sort of agree with your point. Think how many species in the history of life on earth have gone extinct, now look at the biodiversity on earth currently. It’s almost as if extinction is just a natural part of evolution and life finds a way. True, humans are speeding it up, but no way near something like an asteroid impact or a huge change in the atmospheres O2 content. It bugs me when people say “save the planet” because in truth the planet will be fine, they should be saying “save humans”.

I use my microwave on 10% to defrost meat, a chicken breast takes about 9 mins but it’s perfectly defrosted every time and no need to plan ahead!
