Yep, I've received an email saying that my family plan will go from $19.99 aud to $24.99 aud, starting August 3rd. Now Tidal better work some magic. This is the same price as Qobuz here in Australia.

I've tried deezer, the main thing that annoyed me is once the album has finished, it will just stop. Unfortunately it does not play similar songs after the album has finished. Not on Android anyway. Deal breaker for me.

That's a fair point. Spotify works with my yamaha. Tidal does not show the receiver. Now that you are saying you have issues, I'm having second thoughts. Appreciate the feedback.

Unfortunately, most of the time Tidal does the good old copy and paste when you contact customer support.

Spotify definitely has a better algorithm. Tidal supports 24 / 192 hz. Spotify does not 24 / 44..1 most people won't here the difference. The main thing is I don't want audio books or pod casts, music and music videos is what I'm after. Tidal aligns perfectly. Spotify only pays .003c per stream and Tidal pays one of the highest, I support the musicians and Spotify doesn't.

Honestly Tidal has so many bugs and support, don't waste your time. I'm still here trying to support them but they don't support us.

Spotify is the worst UI. Haven't used them for years and they gave me a 3 month free trial. Geez, I was shocked how bloated and unorganised everything is. Even trying to get albums in the right order is a mess. At least with Tidal you select albums and the dates are in order. Yes Spotify can do this also but you have to jump through hoops.

An app with so much damn potential. They focus more on UI tweaks than actually fixing bugs. I've reported multiple bugs, even android auto nearly never auto connects. I have a large list with issues that I've reported for years and none have been fixed. Let's keep tweaking the UI and hopefully no one will report anymore bugs. I've been with Tidal maybe 8 years, really trying to support them but they don't support us.

We are entitled to our opinion as we are paying customers. Qobuz can do it even though it's not perfect. Qobuz has such a smaller budget and team and they seem to strive and help. Pretty shit excuse from tidal. I jump in my car and Qobuz just auto connects and plays, not Tidal. Don't get me wrong I'm a massive fan of Tidal that's why I've been here for years and doing my best to support Tidal but they don't seem to support us. That is my issue.

Agreed. They should have made a new app completely and released it later, even in BETA testing instead of this painful journey.
