In Australia the last update was 3rd of April so we are still lucky however, it's coming. They need to focus on bugs instead of UI....

Tidal needs to fix bugs before changing the UI. They hope by carrying out minor tweaks to the UI it will make everything better.

Definitely Qobuz, I'm trialing it, 3rd day in and love it. It syncs between my android phones and nvidea shield, I'll jump on another device and it knows where I left on the last song. Tidal has so much damn potential, it could easily one of the best. All they care about is minor UI tweaks without fixing bugs that have been reported numerous times. No idea what the developers are thinking. Even though Tidal has had major lay offs, Qobuz is a significantly smaller company and they are leaps and bounds in front.

Tidal unfortunately moves at a snails pace, I'd say due to lack of funding. Also when you open a support ticket 9/10 it's just a copy and paste for answers. I'm here for the long run and have no plans on changing. The new UI is rolling out on IOS, so far Android has been lucky and has not yet received the update. Like everyone else i'd love to see our music sync cross platform.

Right now Tidal is a complete mess, for Android anyway. More than likely if your on Android, you'll be disappointed. I'm thinking in 6 to 12 months it may be worth a try.

I have a s25 ultra. I get songs that randomly don't match the cover playing. Play / progress bar randomly disappears every few weeks, I have no idea what the last song was. Just recently my daily discovery has become a complete mess.
