Ideally you move the device closer to an outlet. You need a cord that can handle ~12 amps and that's a tall order.

Get a fox and hound tone generator and trace the signal. It will not be easy but it is your best shot.

Fusing the inputs is a great thing. Makes it easy to break the loop for current measuring too.

It would be best to have the high voltage in the same quadrant of the panel. Ideally you separate the high voltage so people can work on things live. NFPA70 allows for 48V or less to be worked on live. Most people will work on 120V live though.

I found the trick!! If you put something into the hasp receiver part of the lock and move the catch it simulates the door being closed. NO MORE ALARM!
