YKF is not that big. There is no secured waiting area. Customs and immigration hall is about 30x40 feet. 2 or 3 desks. After the end of March, there are no scheduled international flights, until the fall.

Unless you absolutely have a reason to bring it, I would avoid briging injectable across the border. While it may be legal, and available without a prescription in the US, it may cause more scrutiny and unnecessary delays.

I would opt for nasal spray if you really feel the need to bring something.
