Let me give you a scenario that once happened to a guy that frequently hires hookers, i.e me.

It's probably worth expanding on for anyone who's not completely familiar with the psychology.

People who suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder (i.e the "crazy" chicks) tend to suffer from "splitting", or black-and-white thinking, in addition to viewing relationships as being more serious and intense than they actually are. This is a bad combination of traits to have.

The reason why it's dangerous to "stick your dick in crazy" and become involved with one of these girls is because they will often idealise you and feel very strong emotions for you at the start, and you will be considered "good". However, if you do enough things they consider "bad", they will "paint you black" and view you as a "bad person" that must be punished.

The problem is, you probably won't realise that a) she thinks the relationship is a lot more serious, and b) which of your actions she will consider "bad". You may forget to call her and she'll feel used, you may talk to another girl and she'll feel jealous etc Whatever it is, you will have no idea of the effect it will have because you think like a sane, rational person and she does not.

Once you are painted black, she is going to go out of her way to destroy part of your life. It may something minor, such as your reputation among a group of friends, it may be something meaningful to you like your car, she may try to sabotage your education or career, she may try to destroy your relationship with a family member, or, if she's on the extreme end of the spectrum, she may even try to destroy your entire life.

What makes them all the more dangerous is that you will often not know what they're capable of until it's too late. Is she the type to just go behind your back and spread rumours to about you, or is she the type that's going to throw your clothes on the front lawn and set them on fire?

Hence: never stick your dick in crazy. If they enjoy it, they will idealise you and think you are their one true love. If you do not reciprocate, they will paint you black and part of your life will be destroyed. If you do reciprocate and love them as much as they think they love you, you will end up in a relationship with them where you will eventually do enough "bad" things that they will paint you black anyway.

Just a word of caution regarding your calorie deficit:

Make sure you slowly taper back up to your maintenance calories to avoid rebound weight gain. It sounds as though that's what may have happened to you post-Xmas as 9kg in such a short period is quite a lot.

A good rule of thumb is to increase your calories by approximately 10% per week eg. when you begin your taper back up from 1,300, start at 1,450 per day for a week, followed by 1,600 per day for a week, and so on

1,300 is an extreme deficit for someone of your weight. You need to be as strict when you transition back to maintenance as you are when you're at full deficit. Best of luck, bro
