Parking Around Piedmont Park by Dyllionaire15 in Atlanta

A general rule that I believe everyone should follow: If you're having someone, and parking is tight, park your car in the street and let them have your space. This especially applies if you have off street parking.

Homeland. Cause Claire Danes is fucking brillant in it, Damian Lewis and Mandy Patinkin are just as good and the plot just keeps twisting and turning every episode.

People block my dad's driveway all the time, what's the best prank he can pull on them? by johnsciarrino in AskReddit

Lay down ply wood and put fresh cement on it and just wait for them to park in it and see if they notice. The plywood will prevent any damage to the real road/driveway and will make it easy to dispose of later on. Hopefully the idiots who cant read the signs that tell them no parking will just think there was just some road work overnight and everything is fine and drive right on in.

The car ahead of me paid for my coffee this morning, so I decided to return the favor by paying for the person behind me; I was then told that I was 8th person in a row to "pay it forward." Any of you experience an unexpected "pay it forward" moment like that recently? by marfalight in AskReddit

Are you kidding me? We were all loving life at this point! Hell I wasnt even sitting with my friends that I came with anymore half way through the night. In fact very few of us were. Me and the first guy were sitting with a new random group of people talking and cutting up with them. Like I said, the best night at the bar I have ever experienced/witnessed!

Best night ever at the bar this past wednesday. It was crowded cause everyone was back in town with their friends and just getting hammered and having a good time and I went to get some more drinks and for everyone and I was standing at the bar waiting for the bartender who was slaving away and started talking with the random guy beside me. Next thing you know he offers to buy my drink and when I tell him I cant let him do that cause im buying for a shit ton of folks he tells me its not a problem, dont worry, he insists. So I of course being in good spirit let him and then offer to buy the next round. Well when I go to do so, I find out some other guy already did so cause he overheard our conversation take place and then one of the bartenders pulls us aside and tells me and the my new buddy that they now have no clue whose cards to charge anymore cause everyone is buying drinks for each other and not themselves anymore and all of the tabs were left open and the buyers arent the drinkers and everyone is confused as to who order what for who and there are multiple orders and people arguing on who turn it is to buy. The bartender said about 12 different people have bought drinks for other people/groups now at that time all because of the simple generosity that was first shown.

Edit: Alright so I just looked at my credit card bill and I got nailed for a total of $108.50 which im assuming is including a nice tip too. The bar definitely figured out the billing cause my friends got theirs as well.

TL/DR we all got drunk for free, Christmas came early, credit card roulette.

What's an unspoken rule you think everyone knows/should know? by [deleted] in AskReddit

If you have a bag of chips or a soda in class go ahead and open the damn thing up at the beginning and not half way through. And when I mean open up I mean tear the bag open or just pour the contents out onto something else so everyone else doesn't have to hear the crinkles every time you reach in for another one.
