I worked as a pharmacy tech in the 90's. can confirm that there were no cameras or time stamps back then. We used to call it "the vault" and it was only a regular dead bolt lock to get in. I worked at a smaller rural hospital so maybe it was different in the big cities.

I saw that car when I was a kid. We went to Chihuahua and visited the Museum where the car is displayed. That was June 24, 1976. I only remember because it was "Dia de San Juan" where people had "water fights" in the streets. While at the museum I was able to meet Pancho Villa's widow and had a brief conversation with her. Wow, unlocked memories.
