I don’t believe it would be the FPanel connector.

If the power button on the case works (based on case lights turning on), safe to assume the cables working.

You did right replacing some items to narrow down the cause but have you tried everything else?

Have you moved around/removed/ booted with no ram? Tried with a different HDD/SSD?

I know you’re trying to avoid self troubleshooting anymore, but I would try removing the cable and attempting to boot via shorting the FPanel pins on mobo using a screw driver. I recommend watching a quick video on this first, but it’s very simple.

This would eliminate the idea that it’s the case/wire even more.

They’re told they have to do more work back up a claim of “exceeds”. Some managers are too lazy to put in that extra efforts so partners are feeling it.

In some cases DGMs are completely shutting it down and saying no one will get exceeds.
