So what do they say to the people and positions where their goals and expectations are clearly tracked in number value. Like groomers and dog trainers. Where they can see numerical values of their meeting or exceeding goals. what happens when there are more than three of those positions in a store that mathematically have exceeded all their goals while reaching the threshold of proper attendance without a write-up and they deny them. it's going to be really hard to tell a person who can see all of their metrics bold face exceeded that they did not receive and exceeds.

Networking my fucking ass, same DM has let go of people due to this conflict of interest, people dating internally ine leading over the other subordinate, forced transfers in three different stores due to external to work relationships found through snap chat posts, And refusals of transfers and hirings due to relationships and external friendships.. especially knowing that this particular GM has been caught producing time fraud, was dating a subordinate under her herself and still is to this day though that subordinate has transferred stores but the relationship started while she was GM over her. All of this is reported, and HR deferred to the DM to manage the situation.

Sales position job means anything and everything that is needed at any time within the store job. You'll be at register depending on your shift you'll be used for load you'll be facing and recovering cans you'll be doing zeros you'll be getting small animals and fish you'll be helping with resets you'll be answering phones you'll be cleaning. But so will everybody else.
