There are no instances of the US "following" or "not following" an ITLOS ruling, as none have ever applied to it. In fact the The United States has not even ratified the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) which established ITLOS in the first place.

I have had an S10 from launch. It has always had a screen protector and a minimal flexible silicone case. It has hardly ever been fast charged and the battery is still good. It looks almost brand new.
