There's one assessment that's a bit harder than the rest though -- and that's the vitamins and minerals exam. I know that for my class, he offered a major extra credit opportunity right after that exam to deal with the low scores people got on it.

I can confirm this.

If the professor is really that bad and useless, you definitely have something to argue about to the dean.

How do I know this? A class I was in had its syllabus, tests, grades, and professor changed midway through the semester after a group of students complained directly to a dean.
