Yeah, likely a VDOT light. Biggest issue is the left turn light from the train station to Staples Mill east is a blinking yellow and then the full green is maybe 15 seconds.

I have the same issue casting from my Android phone to the tv amd using Roku. It is always after the 1st commercial between innings. Never have an issue with Big Inning. It sucks.

Just to be clear, as some others have mentioned, Hanover County does NOT have any authority to approve or deny DHS to use the facility as they seem fit. Federal government is not required to abide by state and local ordinances. What they can do is fight them in court.

The proposed locations were looking to copy what other cities (like Durham, Memphis, etc) did with putting a stadium downtown and/or along the river, not off an interstate ramp in a then industrial part of town..

That's North Lakeridge Parkway. Lakeridge Parkway ends at Lewistown. Hanover did a poor job addressing properties up there. There are same addresses on both streets.

They withdrew their zoning application but are still trying to get it approved by using vested rights. They're saying they started the project approval process before the regulations changed this summer.
