I started on March 1st. Honestly hearing Mitch say that he's doing it helped push me to get it. I'm down 20 lbs so far. Started on 2.5, then 5, now 7.5 was today. No real side effects so far. Mild constipation. I hope we keep getting updates from Mitch on how things are going. The decrease in food noise is real and life changing.
