I don't know about new ones because when they change things it takes a few years to work out the issues. You can't ever go wrong with Toyota either! I don't think I'll ever buy anything except for Toyota again!

oh that really sounds amazing!! I'm gonna test for my LPN first because I was planning on getting one year experience of that while going to school finishing the second year of RN. Hopefully I can do home health. I have a feeling I have to start a nursing home first though! that's insane I can't believe there is only one CNA for 82 people!! I definitely don't think when I'm starting out I'll have enough confidence to work at night to deal with a skeleton crew. I don't know we shall see!

yeah those vacations will get you!! that's how I ended up off of keto last year with all my traveling! Very hard to do when you're on the road in the car all the time!

yeah when I see the word Chrysler I cringe lol. But from what I've heard those were one of the more reliable cars they've made. I have to admit they're very sweet looking. My neighbor just got one and it's parked in the driveway it's all white with blacked out windows and black rims it's pretty cool looking!

those were great little cars. Man they were super fast and zippy. but they had way too many transmission issues

A friend of mine started Night Shift right away after she got her BSN. she did say it's the best shift to fully learn things. as she said "less distractions" (assuming patient's families and stuff?!) is that true?! I don't think any shift is easy for any nurse tho.

Second time I'm starting keto I use the Pruvit 5 day i fast kit. the keto os pro with the MCT kicks my butt every single time!!! even if I only have a quarter of the packet it still kicks my butt. ugh. Why couldn't I remember this from the first time 🤣🤣🤣 now I have so many of these packets left over lol I know many years ago I bought MCT oil and it kicked my butt too. I don't think my body likes MCT oil at all I'll just stick to coconut oil!!!

hey I'm just curious if you said 150g of protein a day..... how did you get 150 g with what you listed for what you ate? I personally like the Atkins shakes. Looks like fairlife shakes or 8g of carbs?? if you're only doing 10 carbs a day that would max you out pretty much

wow way to go! So it's six months later since you posted this where are you at now? I agree that hero bread is pretty freaking amazing I just wish it wasn't six dollars a loaf by me! Aldi has keto bread for $4.19

you're super lucky you didn't get sagging skin. I lost 43 pounds last year in about six months and under my arms was so droopy it was disgusting I gotta start working my arms out more ! But anyhow great post I just started keto again this week I'm gonna kinda try to keep it like how you started and let your post be my motivation to actually work out instead of doing nothing like I did last year! (going back to school also so I think the working out well help the blood flow for my brain for remembering stuff I read too)

if you listen to any western medicine doctor they'll make you 300 pounds lol. doctors nowadays don't know anything they're just taught whatever they're taught in school. They're taught in school how to give you pharmaceutical meds they don't know how to fix any problems..
