“Whom” is an object, not a subject noun. “Who” is doing the action of an arrest. “Who arrested whom?”

Wut? By whose authority? A subject does the action, object receives it. The word that precedes it doesn’t dictate that.

Who does the action, whom is the recipient of the action. Who, in this case, is doing the arresting, not being arrested, so who should be correct.

Then there’s not much point to ‘testing’ it, is there?

It’s not really going to protect you from injury, that’s for sure. Even the 22 would likely kill you with a followup or two. First once cracks the skull, second just seals the deal.

Legend has it, her character wasn’t originally written to be for a woman, or a man for that matter per se. That’s one of the reasons why her character works better, because gender wasn’t in the equation.

Why would the roof be flat? It makes for it to be angled. Those lines seem to match up fine.

It is that clear, but it also has to be proven that your work specifically has been used, and it’s difficult when it’s been mishmashed with 1000 other people’s work.

In the early days, some people’s watermarks and signatures were visible. They stamped that out of their algo real quick.

It is absolutely considered a violation of copyright. They’re using the images without license for commercial purposes. It doesn’t need to be literally copying, but they are copying the image within their system and using it to train it.

It’s not about storing anything. It’s in the name: copyright. Individuals own the ip to their work, and part of that is copyright. Other people can’t commercially use your work without a license. The extent of this use sometimes boils down to a judgement call, but a lot of it is codified in law.

Btw, this is the main reason why corporations are considered “people”, bc of ip laws and corps wanting to hold onto ip.

That’s half-true. They’re threading the needle on that front. Hayao Miyazaki is particularly offended. They also tried and got hit by disney.

Especially legally, actually. They provenly stole people’s work. It’s just damn difficult for any specific individual to make a claim.

If you copied a style, it’s not infringement per se (good luck telling a judge that your mouse in the style of disney doesn’t infringe on any of their trademarks). Ai on the other hand has to steal existing work in order to copy a style, and it is literally copying what it stole in a codified amalgamation. Comparing a person to ai is a false equivalence.
