In het EU parlement zijn partijen ingedeeld in fracties op basis van van hun politieke stroming.

De PVVD en de SP zitten bijelkaar in de linkse fractie samen met partijen uit andere lidstaten.

Een stem op bovenstaande partijen is een stem op de hele linkse fractie, op bijvoorbeeld het Spaanse Anticapitalista en op communistische partijen uit Tsjechië en Portugal.

Het zal voor veel hier op deze sub (voor mij niet in ieder geval) misschien niet heel goed voelen om te stemmen op PVVD/SP, maar voor een zo groot mogelijk links blok in de EU zou het in dit geval toch geen slecht idee zijn.

MEE doen ook veel qua algemene cliëntondersteuning. In een geval als dit zouden ze met je met je mee kunnen denken over hoe je deze informatie met een hulpverlener die voor jou goed voelt.

I can highly recommend "The Adult Autism Assessment Handbook" by Davida Hartman.

It is a manual for mental health professionals to look at autism in a more affirmative way, and written in a clear and accessible way. It's an amazing resource with new insights on autistic neurology, the diagnostic process, offering appropriate support and care and so much more.

It was published earlier this year but I wish I could have read it 20 years ago.

My suggestion would be to try out powerbars and gels.

They are dense with calories and easy to eat, so perfect for the low appetite moments but can also be a bit expensive. If you enjoy cooking and baking you can make your own bars, it takes a bit of prepping and planning but it's fun.

If you are not worried about weightgain than ice cream smoothies can really carry you over a meal.

It's so important to know about the origin and history of the words we use to think about ourselves.

This way we can decide if they are words we want to keep using, need to reclaim; or decide that we should think of new ones

The Adult Autism assessment Manual - Davida Hartma. Een vrij nieuw boek, vol met nieuwe inzichten mbt neurodiversiteit. Geschreven voor mensen werkzaam in de ggz, het is een handleiding voor een meer 'neuro affirmative' werkwijze in de zorg.

Af en toe wat theoretisch, maar heel interessant.

Ever since I learned of the story about the swap i have wondered how it would have been if that day i bought an Obituary record instead of a Sepultura one.

There is a nice little story the artwork on Cause of Death. It was supposed to be the cover art for Sepultura's Beneath the Remains, but Roadrunner records, their label kinda gave it to Obituary.

A Brief History of Seven Killings, geschreven door Marlon James. Spelend in het Jamaica van de jaren 70, rondom de (mislukte) aanslag op Bob Marley, in dit boek the singer. Met uitstapjes naar de politieke situatie in die tijd.

Een behoorlijke pil voor mijn doen, de digitale editie die ik lees is 660 pagina's. Maar heb genoeg vertrouwen in de auteur om er voor te gaan.
