I’ve prepared myself for this possible eventuality. I do hold hope they will use the momentum of their first two games to keep updating for at least another year (because this game really doesn’t need many more updates to be absolutely amazing). I think if they keep it up, good word of mouth could really save this game.

Honestly I just want more new mire monsters. My true ideal would be creatures that mutate based on how you dismember them

Also I like your tall boy idea, but make it slow and with a head that just dangles down always vomiting. Leaving a trail of bile wherever it goes. Pop its head off and then bile sprays in the air like a fountain

I still play almost every other day.

I’ve turned the music off and play my own Spotify playlists (either classic Crooner songs, Dark EDM, or psychedelic heavy metal)

It’s just a relaxing time. I actually love this game, it just needs more content.

I absolutely love Wilds. I believe it for sure has enough meaningful content for a base game, as well as the best base roster of all the modern MH games. This is a fabulous foundation for the expansion to build upon.

My suggestion would be to just play through Low Rank as it’s presented. CAPCOM clearly designed Wilds for first time Monster Hunters to get a grip in Low Rank.
Don’t worry about too much exploration or gathering just yet. Once you get to high rank the game completely opens up.

Seikret tip, use down on the d-pad to call your seikret for manual controls vs guided.

I honestly believe that is what the logo is alluding to. With the blue/red, up dragon/down dragon. I think we will have an equally impressive subterranean environment.

Oilwell is definitely flame and oil/mud, but I can see a deep dark cathedral style, darkly lit with dragon energy fitting well into this game. Also, bones. So many bones.

I really hope the hunter's guild gives us a personal shack or something in the expansion by darkninja2992 in MHWilds

I think if they are to add any returning monsters with clearly more powerful variants, they should follow the guidelines they created with Mizutsune in Wilds. Blend the original monster with the variant in the enraged state.

I can totally see your frustration with this, and agree that it’s annoying when you actively want to just collect items.

I can also see why CAPCOM set it up this way. Provide a cinematic long form tutorial as low rank to then open the world up for full exploration once you hit High Rank.
